Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT.
Confirmation
We kindly ask you to confirm the number of participants no later than two business days prior to the event. Billing is based on the confirmed number of guests.
Billing
Billing must be agreed on in advance. Billing in Finland: 8 days net, billing surcharge 15,00 / invoice. The following information is needed for billing: company name, business ID, contact person, postal address and e-invoice address.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged on expenses (room rent and catering) based on the total price of the reservation as follows:
